REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product tags are intact, and if the clothes or products are unused and if in resalable condition. Returns are accepted only with the original bill in case of in-store purchase or with a proper and complete return form if the purchase is made online.

 

Online purchase returns

We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are refundable If in case,

• The wrong product was sent by the merchant.

• The product is defective.

• The product was damaged in shipping.

• The product is tampered.

For No Refund Policy-

Certain products on sale or on offers have no refund policy. In such cases there will be no refunds and that will be mentioned in case of online purchase or will be informed to the customers in case of in store purchase.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of product purchase and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
